Clover Time Social Classes: All 6 Class Bonuses, Rarity and Rerolls

Exact Mana, Regen, EXP and Yuls bonuses for all six Clover Time social classes, each rarity's roll chance, and the two ways to reroll a class you don't want to keep.

Clover Time rolls every character a Social Class — a title from Peasant up to Sovereign that adds percentage bonuses to your Mana, regeneration, EXP gain and Yuls income. Six classes are currently documented, spanning the rarity tiers from Common to Mythic. This page is a neutral reference: look up what your roll gives, then decide whether to keep it or spend a reroll.

The roll chances and rarities come from a third-party Early Access wiki snapshot of the roll screen, so treat them as a current reading rather than a permanent setting — recheck them after a balance or economy update. The same six bonus sets are matched value-for-value by a second written guide and a video walkthrough, so the numbers above are the consistent record.

What each social class does

Peasant (Common). Four small boosts: +1% Mana, +2.5% Mana Regen, +1% EXP and +1% Yuls. No Health or Stamina Regen.

Commoner (Uncommon). The same four lines at roughly double the values: +2.5% Mana, +5% Mana Regen, +2.5% EXP and +2.5% Yuls. Still no sustain regen.

Merchant (Rare). Keeps the mana-focused line-up but leans hardest into money: +10% Yuls — more than Epic Noble's +7.5% — plus +3.5% EXP. One written guide calls Merchant a nice early-progression roll for exactly this reason.

Noble (Epic). The first class to add sustain: +7.5% Health Regen and +7.5% Stamina Regen join +6% Mana, +12.5% Mana Regen, +6% EXP and +7.5% Yuls. A broader mix, though its Yuls line sits below Merchant's.

Royal (Legendary). Strong values on all six lines at once: +12.5% Health Regen, +12.5% Stamina Regen, +12.5% Mana, +20% Mana Regen, +12.5% EXP and +15% Yuls.

Sovereign (Mythic). The largest value on every single line: +20% Health Regen, +20% Stamina Regen, +17.5% Mana, +30% Mana Regen, +17.5% EXP and +22.5% Yuls.

Rarity and roll chances

Rarity describes how often the roll lands, stepping down from Peasant's 46.23% to Sovereign's 0.65%. A guide to the system notes that the rarer options generally give stronger bonuses — a trend visible in the table, not a rule that you must chase high rarity before playing. Six classes are the currently documented roster; one early gameplay video mentioned more classes were expected to arrive in the future, so the list above can grow with updates.

How to reroll your social class

Two routes reach the same Social Class Reroll menu. Both use spins; the sources behind this page show spins being spent but don't state what they cost or how to stock up — the rerolls guide covers rerolling more broadly.

Route 1: the customization menu.

  1. Open your character customization screen.
  2. Scroll left or right until you find the Race/Social Class/Traits menu.
  3. Spend a spin on Social Class. The result replaces your current class — gameplay footage shows players rerolling several times in a row until the class they wanted appeared.

Route 2: the Priest in Hage Village. Speak to the Priest NPC inside the church in Hage Village, the starting village. Interacting with him opens the same Social Class Reroll menu as the customization screen. Gameplay shows him offering spins for race, social class and passive, and one player rolled a Merchant straight from him.

Before you reroll, check what you'd be giving up: in the roll screen, clicking any class shows you exactly what it does.

How class bonuses affect progression and earning

Two lines do the heavy lifting for progression and money. The EXP line speeds up leveling, and the Yuls line scales up your income — a guide to the system notes the extra EXP and Yuls are particularly useful if you're trying to speed up progression and build up money. Its practical take on Merchant: if you already rolled one and are benefiting from the extra money, there's no need to rush toward a rarer class just for income.

Class bonuses also stack with your other rolls and shop boosts. In one recorded gameplay session, the player's displayed XP boost combined their race, Merchant's +3.5% EXP, a trait and a purchased +75% shop boost, with the narrator confirming the values add up — so your Social Class is one layer of the total, not the whole bonus.

Keep in mind these are percentage modifiers: what they're worth depends on your base stats, so the larger your mana pool and Yuls income, the more each percentage returns. For turning EXP bonuses into levels faster, see the leveling guide.

Keep it or reroll it?

Compare your roll against the table, click it in the roll screen to re-read its effects, and if the mix doesn't suit how you play, either reroll route above gets you a new class. Race and Trait rolls share the same menu — their data lives on the races and traits reference pages. If you'd rather see how players rank the classes against each other, that's a separate question: the social classes tier list handles the opinions, while this page sticks to the numbers.
